SawStop is the best quality saw you can choose. From day one, we have focused on ensuring that choosing a SawStop is an upgrade to your entire woodworking experience. But don’t take our word for it. Listen to and read what owners say about their SawStop saws:
"As the Safety Compliance Officer, I really appreciate the design of the brake and the sensor. As the Maintenance Technician, it is the best portable unit..." - Max B
Max Baird; Thomasboro, IL
I have enjoyed it very much and appreciate all of the fit-and-finish work that went into the jobsite saw.
I particularly like all the nice storage features, and how the mobile cart folds up and fits neatly into a storage spot.
Bill Knisel; Seattle, WA
Love it… accurate and compact. Fits in my shop so well.
Monte Eldfrick; Meridian, ID
I am really happy to have the safety feature.
JJ Fuller; Puyallup, WA
The fit and finish is excellent!
Ernie O.; California
1. The instructions for this tool are excellent. The step by step breakdown of assembly made putting the saw together quite easy.
2. The quality. I could not be happier. This is a beefy, solid saw with far more luxury than many would expect from a “contractor’s saw”.
3. Out of the box: Wow. Once I set my saw up I was impressed to find that in virtually every way it was already dialed in…from the fence being aligned perfectly, to the 0 degree setting for the blade being absolutely spot on. I’ve never had less time getting a saw tuned.
Doug H.; Illinois
Love this machine! It cross cuts smoothly and rips oak and maple easily with a glue line quality!
This saw has to be the finest mobile job saw I've ever used… best job saw ever!
Peter A. Surette; Middleton, MA
You guys truly did your homework and made a masterpiece in my view. The most beautiful tool in my garage.

My new SawStop was by far the best and easiest power tool assembly I have ever undertaken. The level of detail and accuracy of the instructions and the thought and care that went into the packaging were superb. I have been a human factors engineer for the Department of Defense for 35 years, so I think I know something about design. That’s only the third best thing about the saw. The second best thing is the precision of the parts that allowed me put the saw together easily and also allows me to set up the saw with precision so that the cuts come out just as I plan. The best part of course is the safety, which is the reason my wife encouraged me to purchase the SawStop in the first place.
Jeff G.; San Diego, CA
The purchase of this saw has raised the bar on all my other shop tools. I would never recommend anyone purchase a saw other than the SawStop. Other than some 100 year old (still in use) wind up clocks, and maybe my $2,000 hunting rifle, the quality of this product is unmatched at my home.
