Testimonials

I love the saw. I feel safe to have my guys rip materials and avoid injury, which is my highest concern.

The fit and finish is excellent!
Contractor Saw
Ernie O.; California

It is unreservedly the best table saw I have ever used. Just the peace of mind we have knowing that our kids are “safe” from amputation is worth it. Apart from the safety aspect, the saw is quality, quality, quality. Even down to the manual. Our previous saw was a relatively recent General Int. cabinet saw. Next to your product, it’s junk. Congratulations on a truly excellent product.

It is very well made.

I am a very satisfied customer… and I feel MUCH safer in my shop.

The purchase of this saw has raised the bar on all my other shop tools. I would never recommend anyone purchase a saw other than the SawStop. Other than some 100 year old (still in use) wind up clocks, and maybe my $2,000 hunting rifle, the quality of this product is unmatched at my home.

I’m a happy camper and glad to recommend this saw to anyone. I am an Emergency Physician, and I’ve seen firsthand (no pun intended) several times over what a table saw can do to a hand- most recently last week. I didn’t need much convincing that I wanted a SawStop.

Overall, I am extremely impressed by the design. The fit and finish are very nice and it is definitely a well-made machine. While obviously the brake is a key selling point, I have heard in the past, though I didn’t believe it at the time, that it is a great saw even without the brake – having used it I can now agree.

I was relieved to have one of our four SawStop saws do as it should when a student came in contact with the blade. He was ripping a piece of spruce stock and his support hand came in contact with the blade. The cut was just below the first knuckle of the thumb and in my opinion, had it been any other saw, he would have lost it. The injury consisted of a slight cut, and stitches were not necessary. [The SawStop] has made our school a safer place to work and learn. In 20 years of using table saws, these saws are the finest operating saws I have used and seen.
Industrial Cabinet Saw
James K.; Saskatchewan, Canada

The saw performs FAR better than even the most favorable commentary and reviews led me to believe. It is FANTASTIC! I have been working with mesquite recently -- twice as hard as oak -- and my old saw, even with a newly sharpened blade, led to burning and smoking. On my SawStop, it cuts like it was basswood. Amazing! The saw is quiet, smooth, precise, and incredibly easy to use. I love the fence, which is by far the easiest to set and the most solid of any I have. I am thrilled Thrilled THRILLED! I have never written an unsolicited comment on a product I bought until now, but this is just fabulous stuff. I should have done this years ago.

Notice

Effective February 1st, USA prices on most SawStop saws and many SawStop accessories will increase.

We continue to refuse to cut corners or compromise our dedication to product quality and customer care. After holding the line on prices for over a decade, we must make an adjustment to account for more than a decade of material, shipping and other cost increases. Our last price increase on saws was in 2008!

We don't like raising our prices, and we don't plan to make it a habit.

Price increases will vary by model and accessory. Some examples, expect the Contractor Saw to increase by $100, the Professional Cabinet Saw to increase by $150, and the Industrial Cabinet Saw to increase by $150-200 (the Jobsite Saw will not increase).

Thank you for your understanding and your support. For more information on expected price increases, please contact your local SawStop dealer.
