See video » 110V, 1.75HP model is engineered for the home shop, as it delivers the convenience of plugging in anywhere and a smaller shop footprint combined with the Professional Cabinet Saw’s safety, quality and dependability. 220V, 3.0HP model is engineered for the avid hobbyist and discerning professional Dust Collection Blade Guard (included with the 3.0HP model, optional for the 1.75HP model). This innovative blade guard collects above-table dust and features independent lateral sides to minimize exposure to the blade. It retains a low profile to allow for cuts as narrow as 3/4 of an inch. A diagnostic self-check runs when you start the saw to ensure all systems are ready to detect an accident. If any problem is detected, the system will not allow the saw to start. When the power goes out, the saw stays off. The safety system won’t allow the motor to restart automatically when the power comes back on. The Professional Cabinet Saw captures 99% of dust produced with an innovative above- and below-the table system.* Aerodynamic engineering converts turbulent airflow created by the blade into a directed stream, collecting 99% of the dust generated during cutting. See video » Blade guard with integrated dust collection captures particles and channels them through a 1.5" port. *The 120V, 1.75HP model features the same advanced below-table aerodynamics. To achieve 99% dust collection, this model requires an optional dust collection blade guard. A sophisticated under-table dust shroud draws sawdust away from the blade and funnels it through a 4" tube to a port at the rear of the cabinet. Effectively redirects dust away from the saw even when not attached to a dust collection system.

Quick-release, zero-clearance insert provides support throughout the cut reducing tear out and chip out. The tool-free quick release makes removing the insert for blade or guard changes a breeze. A positive latching mechanism lets you know the insert is securely in place. See video » Inconvenience is the enemy of safety. We made it easy to change between blade guard and riving knife with our tool-free blade guard quick change mechanism. Operators can remove the insert and make blade changes quickly with no tools required, minimizing disruptions to workflow. Optional integrated mobile base is engaged with a simple foot press. The base lifts the entire saw and up to a 52” extension table while it’s engaged. When the mobile base isn’t activated, the saw rests firmly on its own cabinet improving stability. The gas-assisted vertical elevation system is located close to the internal structure’s center of gravity, making fine-tuning smooth and easy. See Video » Rack and pinion elevation system. The elevation system operates on a vertical slide rather than on an arc providing you with repeatability and consistent alignment. Blade height is proportional to handle turns at all elevations. Precision ground cast iron table features beveled edges to prevent damage to sensitive stock. Keep your blade guard in alignment, even when connected to a dust collection hose. A unique air-transfer pivot joint mechanically isolates the blade guard from the dust collection tube. Mechanical adjustment points on the trunnion enable the operator to make micro adjustments, ensuring exact blade alignment at all bevel angles. Seven-inch cast iron adjustment wheels are chrome plated making fine adjustments to blade height and angle a snap.
